We deliver across South Africa, including all major centres and most surrounding towns:

• Johannesburg and Pretoria (Gauteng)
• Cape Town and the Western Cape
• Durban and KwaZulu-Natal
• Port Elizabeth, East London (Eastern Cape)
• Bloemfontein (Free State)
• Nelspruit and Polokwane (Mpumalanga, Limpopo)

Delivery timeframes

Standard delivery takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location and the vendor fulfilling your order. Outlying areas may take an additional 1-2 days.

Business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays.

Delivery fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size of your order, and the vendor's shipping policy. The exact fee always shows before you confirm payment.

Free standard delivery applies automatically to orders over R500 to major centres.

Same-day delivery

Same-day delivery is available in select Johannesburg suburbs for orders placed before 11:00 weekdays. Eligibility shows on the product page and at checkout. A same-day surcharge applies.

Order tracking

You'll receive an email when your order is packed and again when it's dispatched, with a tracking link in each. You can also view live tracking from My Orders in your account at any time.

Missed deliveries

If you're not at home when our courier arrives, they'll attempt delivery twice on consecutive business days. You'll receive an SMS each time with options to:

• Reschedule the delivery for a different date
• Have it left with a neighbour (with your written authorisation)
• Collect from the nearest courier depot

After two failed attempts, your order returns to the vendor and is refunded less the return shipping cost.

Packaging

Vendors are responsible for packaging items securely for transit. Fragile items are wrapped and clearly marked. Where possible, we use recyclable or biodegradable materials.
