Our returns policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Offers On. If you change your mind, you may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by all accessories and documentation. Returns that don't meet these conditions may be rejected or refunded at a reduced value.
Eligible items
Most products sold on Offers On are eligible for return within the 7-day window. This includes:
- Electronics, appliances, and gadgets
- Clothing, footwear, and accessories (unworn, with original tags)
- Home goods, kitchenware, and decor
- Toys, games, and sporting goods
Non-returnable items
For health, safety, and licensing reasons, the following items cannot be returned once delivered:
- Perishable goods (food, plants, flowers)
- Personal hygiene and intimate items once unsealed
- Digital downloads, gift cards, and software activation codes
- Custom-made or personalised items
- Items marked as Final Sale on the product page
How to initiate a return
- Sign in and go to My Orders.
- Select the order and the item you want to return.
- Click Request Return and choose a reason.
- You'll receive a confirmation email with collection details.
- Pack the item securely. We'll arrange collection or provide a drop-off address.

Refund timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (card or EFT) or to your Offers On wallet, whichever you choose during the return request.
Bank processing times may add 2-3 additional business days before the funds appear in your account.
Exchanges
We process exchanges as a return plus a new purchase. Return the original item per the steps above, and place a new order for the replacement at any time. This keeps stock fair for other shoppers and avoids tying up an item that may go out of stock during the return process.
Defective or incorrect items
If your item is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We cover the cost of return shipping in these cases and will process a full refund or send a replacement at no charge.
Please include photos of the issue when you contact us. The more detail, the faster we can resolve it.
